The wedding is at The Waters, Oshkosh, WI. The Ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM, so please arrive by 2:45 PM at the latest.

We kindly ask that you dress your best and adhere to a formal dress code. Please refrain from wearing white, ivory, and beige.

You can RSVP either via the RSVP section on our website or by sending us the RSVP card you received in your invitation.

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is August 20th, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, you will be marked as not attending. We need to provide the vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner and hope you can understand.

Visit our Travel page to view hotel options close to the venue. We will not have hotel blocks, so pick the option you prefer!

Transportation from the venue back to the hotels in the evening will be provided from 8:30PM until the end of the event. While there will also be a shuttle from the hotels to the venue before the ceremony, timing is tight and spots are limited, so please let us know if you are in need of this shuttle and which hotel you will be staying at.

Absolutely! We will have children-friendly activities, babysitters on duty for the duration of the event, and chicken tenders with mac and cheese for their dinner. Please indicate how many children 14 & under will be attending in your RSVP.

We will have specific beer and wine throughout the entire event. If you think you might want a different beer/wine or would like liquor, please bring cash!

Post-ceremony, hors d'oeuvres will be passed around. Dinner will include a bleu cheese wedge salad, your choice of a main course from your RSVP, gooey butter cake, chocolate decadence cake, and cupcakes.

There will be a QR code at the venue. If you missed it, just text or email us your photos!

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Children 14 & under do not need a formal invitation, please just note the number of children in your RSVP. If you have a child 15 & over without a formal invitation, please let us know in your RSVP and we will reach out to add them to the guest list.

The ceremony will be held outdoors, weather permitting. The cocktail hour will have both indoor and outdoor options, and the reception will take place indoors.
